Agenda for Parish Council meeting 8 September 2025

The next meeting of the Parish Council will take place on Monday 8 September at the Stourton and Kilmington Home Guard Club, commencing at 7.30 pm

Click here to read the Agenda 2025.09.08 Agenda

I would like to remind residents and members of the public that you are all welcome to attend but please remember that this is a meeting of the Parish Council and not a public meeting.  Time is allowed before the meeting starts for members of the public to voice their concerns and ask questions – three minutes is allocated to each person (I slipped up at our last meeting and said 3 and a half minutes and I’m not quite sure where that came from!) but the Chairman can use his discretion and this time limit can be extended.  Once the meeting starts, members of the public should not speak or ask questions.  Again, if you feel that there is something important you can add to the discussions, please raise your hand and the Chairman may or may not allow you to speak.
