Wiltshire Council – Road Safety Highways Asset Management are running a car seat check event at Waitrose in Salisbury on 22 April. Event is open to parents, grandparents and other people caring for children. They offer free safety and fitting checks and advice on choosing and using the right seat for the child, vehicle and family circumstances. They have checked over 1000 seats at similar events since 2020 and over 70% were incorrectly fitted or not being used correctly. Please see attached notice for details.

Wiltshire Council and the University of the West of England want to hear from you as part of a study on the impact of COVID‐19 on patterns of working and rural enterprise in Wiltshire.
The project aims to improve businesses and job opportunities in Wiltshire by improving the performance of rural enterprise to build more resilient communities.
