I hereby give notice that on Thursday 5 September 2019 a meeting of Kilmington Parish Council will take place in Whitesheet CE Primary Academy starting at 7.30 pm.  All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business set out hereunder. Members are reminded that the Council has a general duty to consider the following matters in the exercise of any of its functions: Equal Opportunities (race, gender, sexual orientation, marital status or disability), Crime & Disorder, Health & Safety and Human Rights.

137.       WILTSHIRE COUNCIL’S REVIEWS
a)            Local Plan Review - an invitation to 2 members to attend a consultation event at the Nadder Centre, Tisbury                 on Wednesday 25 September reply requested by 6 September.
b)            Polling Station Review Consultation - Whitesheet School , Butts Lane has no designated disabled parking; no                 level entrance.  Seek alternative - (information already circulated).
c)            Community Governance Review – are any changes required - document from Democratic Services WC                 already circulated.
